Spicy Kelp

Spicy Seaweed Salad
  Ingredients:
 
130g Cooked brown rice
  50g Spicy Seaweed Salad (including juices)
  80g Meat, Poultry of Fish
  50g of Vegetables of your choice (finely chopped)
  1      clove of Garlic, finely chopped
  1/2   Medium Onion. finely chopped
  Dash of Olive Oil (Sesame Oil may also be used)

If the meat, poultry or fish is raw, cut into strips and cook this gently first in the oil.
  Lightly brown the garlic and onion.
  Add the cooked brown rice and toss ingredients to mix in the pan.
  Add Spicy Seaweed Salad and stir-fry for 60-90 seconds.
  Serve Immediately.
  If using canned or previously cooked meat, poultry or fish these can be added after the garlic/onion
  browning phase, just before adding the rice.
  Serve with a simple salad, and a cucumber, fresh mint and yoghurt Raita.
