Prawn and Sesame Salad Stir-Fry

Sesame Seaweed Salad is particularly good in a stir-fry with brown rice and prawns.


110g    Cooked brown rice
60g      Sesame Seaweed Salad. (One third of a carton.)
50g      Prawns.
1           Clove garlic finely chopped.
1/2       Medium, finely chopped Onion.
Olive Oil (Sesame oil may also be used.)

Heat the oil and gently brown the garlic and onion. If using prawns or shrimp add and cook them after the garlic and onion have started to sweat.
Add in the precooked rice and toss, giving a good coating of the mixture to the rice.
Mix in the Sesame Seaweed Salad and stir-fry for 30-60 seconds under a fairly high heat.
Serve immediately with a Rocket garnish and a drizzle of soy.

Also delicious cooked with shrimps or smoked salmon.
