Spicy Seaweed Salad
If the meat, poultry or fish is raw, cut into strips and cook this gently first in the oil.
Lightly brown the garlic and onion.
Add the cooked brown rice and toss ingredients to mix in the pan.
Add Spicy Seaweed Salad and stir-fry for 60-90 seconds.
If using canned or previously cooked meat, poultry or fish these can be added after the garlic/onion browning phase, just before adding the rice.
Serve with a simple salad, and cucumber, fresh mint and yoghurt Raita.
