A seaweed salad with a delicate Authentic Thai Green Curry taste. This product contains Anchovy Paste (FISH) in the recipe and is NOT declared VEGAN. All the other seaweed salads ARE VEGAN. Most of the recipes for the Sesame Seaweed Salad will be suitable for this product also. An additional ingredient for this would be Coconut Milk for stir fry and use Noodles instead of Brown Rice.

All essential minerals are provided by seaweeds. {The Healing Power of Minerals; Berger, 1997}. They often provide minerals normally absent from vegetables grown in freshwater or minerally depleted soils There are 18 measurable minerals recorded for seaweeds. In addition to the major ones of Iodine, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium and Iron, there are also trace minerals such as Selenium, Zinc, Cobalt, Manganese and Sulphur, essential as components of anti-oxidants and co-factors in the body’s biochemical reactions. All seaweeds are high in Iodine and this can be claimed for the seaweed salad products produced by HealthyYou.
