Description
A spicy seaweed salad using Kelp seaweed marinaded in a Habanero Pepper/Chillisauce. This salad may also use the recipe suggestions given for the Sesame Seaweed Salad.

They often provide minerals normally absent from vegetables grown in freshwater or minerally depleted soils There are 18 measurable minerals recorded for seaweeds. In addition to the major ones of Iodine, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium and Iron, there are also trace minerals such as Selenium, Zinc, Cobalt, Manganese and Sulphur, essential as components of anti-oxidants and co-factors in the body’s biochemical reactions. All seaweeds are high in Iodine and this can be claimed for the seaweed salad products produced by HealthyYou.
The products do not contain any artificial colours, preservatives, MSG or Gluten.
